By creating an account or using Noxac, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content

Noxac is a catalog that organizes and links to video content. All titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Availability of any title may change without notice.

4. Membership & payments

Membership is activated after an admin confirms your payment. Fees, referral commission rates, and withdrawal rules are described in-app and may be updated. Confirmed memberships are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Referral program

Commissions are earned only from genuine membership activations within your network. Fraudulent, self-referred, or manipulated activity may result in forfeited commissions and account suspension. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Copyright & takedown requests

Noxac does not host video files on its own servers. Titles in the catalog link to, or embed, video that is hosted by third parties (for example video platforms, cloud storage, or content delivery networks). We respect the rights of copyright holders and handle notices about infringing material in good faith.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page or by email to admin@phosting.my.id, with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include:

  • Your full name, organisation (if any), and contact details (email and/or phone).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on Noxac where the material appears.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf, plus your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove the link or disable access to the material, and may inform the person who added it. Incomplete notices may delay our response. Because the video itself is stored by a third party, we also recommend contacting the hosting provider directly so the file can be removed at its source.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact us with the details and we will review it again.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Noxac after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
